Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days

(excluding weekends and holidays).

Each Item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. You'll recieve a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your hand bag has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but once it leaves our hands, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Feel free to reach out to us as well-- we're happy to assist where we can.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays
