At JadaLeigh Essentials, We want you to love your handbag. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return:

The handbag must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

All original tags, packaging, and dust bags must be included

The item must not show any signs of wear damage, or alteration
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your handbag arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
